Minimum Age — 21 Years: Access to playtame is strictly prohibited for any person under 21 years of age. This requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. By registering, you confirm under penalty of account termination that you are 21 or older.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered playtame account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, playtame requires you to complete Know Your Customer verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport — and any additional documents reasonably requested to confirm your identity, address, or payment method. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your playtame account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify playtame support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. playtame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your playtame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree that all information provided to playtame during and after registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including misrepresentation of age, identity, or payment method ownership — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. playtame reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations, after notifying the account holder at their registered contact address.

4.2 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit funds using payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. playtame strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the account holder may result in account suspension and mandatory return of the relevant deposit amount.
4.3 Deposit Currency. All playtame account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the exchange rate determined by playtame at the time of the transaction. playtame does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PHP value of USDT deposits.
4.4 Deposit Limits. playtame may establish deposit limits at the platform level or allow players to set personal deposit limits as a responsible gaming measure. Any limits imposed cannot be increased immediately; requests to increase a self-imposed limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Player may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) confirmation that the depositing payment method is not subject to a mandatory return; and (d) no ongoing investigation of the account for fraud or breach of these Terms.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. playtame aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the payments section. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on interbank processing times. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or regulatory review.
5.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, playtame will notify the Player and arrange an alternative withdrawal method following satisfactory identity verification.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount via GCash or Maya is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal via bank transfer is ₱500. playtame does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. playtame reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture of the associated funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programs offered by playtame are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is made available. These supplementary bonus terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and are binding on Players who accept or use the relevant promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotional terms, bonus funds credited to a playtame account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 6.3 Bonus Abuse. playtame monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intention.
6.4 Promotion Modification. playtame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players. Ongoing wagering requirements on already credited bonuses will not be retroactively increased.
7.1 Random Number Generation. All playtame random number generator (RNG) games — including slots, RNG baccarat, RNG roulette, and fishing games — use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and approved by recognized gaming testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is statistically independent of all prior outcomes.

10.2 Termination by playtame. Following an investigation of a suspended account, playtame may permanently terminate the account and, where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, forfeit any balance in that account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10.3 Termination by Player. You may close your playtame account at any time by submitting a written request to the playtame support team. Upon receipt of such a request, playtame will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate balances before closing the account. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your playtame account, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. 11.1 Ownership. 12.1 General Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtame's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 Excluded Losses. In no event shall playtame be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings that would have been earned but for a technical failure; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials; (d) losses resulting from your violation of these Terms.
12.3 Service Availability. playtame does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond playtame's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. playtame will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption and restore services promptly.
12.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless playtame, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the Platform.
13.1 Data Collection. playtame collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and the provision of Services. The types of data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, and your rights as a data subject are described in full in the playtame Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 Data Protection. playtame complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is processed only for lawful purposes, retained only for as long as necessary, and protected by appropriate technical and organizational security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption.
13.3 Regulatory Disclosure. playtame may disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies where required to do so by Philippine law or valid legal process.

14.1 Right to Amend. playtame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and your use of the playtame Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and playtame arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via the playtame support channel. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
15.3 Jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.
15.4 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight. Where disputes relate to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance, Players may refer complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint handling procedures. playtame is committed to cooperating fully with any PAGCOR inquiry or investigation.
